It is a route through les Gavarres around can Gironès. By Romanyà, we’ll cycle upwards to Matxo Mort col to get into Castanyeda d’en Gironès. This chestnut groove breaks the chromatic harmony of les Gavarres with its greens and ochres in spring and autumn. We’ll go down to the hollow by a lovely path and we’ll find Daró river and the abandoned mas of can Gironès that is surrounded by grazed meadows. By the same path, we’ll reach Descàrrec d’en Gironès (terrace and crossroad) where we’ll take a path that goes down to can Bóta de la Verneda. We’ll finish this interesting 50km circular route by Cabra Penjada and Panedes plains.
